Talk: “Balanced and Beautiful: Happy Hormones for Women”
Let’s face it—hormones can feel like a mystery, especially as we navigate the changes that come with our 30s, 40s, and 50s. In this down-to-earth and interactive session, Dr. Susan Lovelle will break down how hormones work, why they sometimes seem out of control, and what we can do to take charge of them. Specifically designed for women, this talk will cover the real-life struggles we face with energy, weight gain, mood swings, low libido, brain fog, and more, giving you practical steps to start feeling like your best self again. Think of it as a conversation with a friend who just happens to be a doctor—one who’s all about empowering you to live a healthier, more vibrant life!

Special Guest: Dr. Lisa Messina, DO
Talk: “The Whole-Body Hormone Approach"
In this powerful and informative talk, Dr. Lisa Messina will explore how hormones play a central role in women’s overall health — and why traditional medicine often overlooks the deeper, root-cause issues behind imbalance.
As a board-certified physician and passionate advocate for functional wellness, Dr. Messina will break down how symptoms like fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, and weight gain are often signals of hormonal disruption — not just stress or aging.
She’ll share how combining traditional diagnostics with a more personalized, integrative approach can help women truly understand what’s happening in their bodies, and what they can do to support balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.

About Dr. Messina:
Dr. Lisa Messina is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Owner and Medical Director of Infinity Aesthetics in Vallejo, California. With over 17 years of clinical experience, she has built a reputation for bridging traditional medicine with a more functional, integrative approach to wellness. Dr. Messina is especially passionate about helping women navigate hormone health, aging, and vitality through education, personalized care, and evidence-based strategies.
