Joule Cancellation Policy


Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Joule Fitness

To provide the highest level of service and fairness to our community, Joule maintains the following cancellation and subscription policies:


Class Reservations

We encourage members to reserve classes in advance through the Joule app or website. If you are not at your designated station at the class start time, your spot may be released to another client.


Class Cancellations

All class cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations can be submitted through your online account or by emailing us at team@joulefitnessstudio.com. We do not accept cancellations via phone, text, or in person.


No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

  • Monthly Memberships: A fee may be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance. This fee will not exceed the cost of a single class.
  • Class Packages: One class credit will be deducted for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Single Class Purchases: No refunds will be provided for missed classes.


Subscription & Membership Cancellations

Joule subscriptions and memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled prior to your next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your Joule online account and selecting the “Account” tab on the website or app
    OR
  • Emailing us directly at team@joulefitnessstudio.com with your cancellation request


To ensure cancellation is processed:

  • You must receive a confirmation email from us
  • Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used time Failure to cancel before your billing date will result in your subscription renewing for the following cycle.


Free Trial Cancellations

If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being automatically billed. Trial cancellation can be completed through your account or by emailing team@joulefitnessstudio.com.
